Poland’s Autofixer raises €3 million in venture debt to scale its online car parts platform
Autofixer, a Polish online car parts platform, has raised €3 million in venture debt financing to expand further across Europe, develop its platform and grow its team.
The financing came from Orbit Capital, a growth-stage venture debt and growth equity firm, whose portfolio includes Preply, Booksy, MEWS, Rohlik, among others. The venture debt financing allows Autofixer to access capital without diluting existing shareholders.
“The company’s rapid growth and strong business metrics demonstrate both clear product-market fit and the effectiveness of its business model. At this stage, venture debt is a natural way to support further growth, providing additional capital to scale the business without diluting existing shareholders,” said Wiktor Namysł, General Partner at Orbit Capital.
Autofixer was founded in 2021 by the team behind Renee and born2be, two e-commerce brands that were later consolidated under AZA Group. The group generated approximately €114 million in annual revenue at its peak, and the founders are bringing that expertise to the automotive parts market. The earlier growth was backed by Montis Capital, which invested in the company in both 2023 and 2025.
The premise is simple: buying car parts online is harder than it looks. The 360 million vehicles in Europe require a wide range of components, and even within a single model, parts can differ significantly across production years and trim levels. Another problem being that parts that look alike are not always interchangeable, while the information needed to identify the right component remains scattered across manufacturers and distributors.
Autofixer, as the name clearly implies, fixes this problem by combining vehicle data with parts catalogues, supplier listings, and records of previous part-to-vehicle matches. Autofixer’s platform relies on automation and AI to organise product descriptions and part numbers, helping drivers find components that are compatible with their specific cars.
“For a driver, buying the wrong part means more than returning a product. It means starting the search again and delaying the repair. We want to help drivers make an informed choice before placing an order. We bring together information about their car and the available parts so they can choose the right product without having to search through and compare multiple catalogues themselves,” said Szymon Jezierski, CEO of Autofixer.
The platform is not only designed for vehicle owners but also distributors, who can expand into new European markets without having to build a full e-commerce operation in each country. Autofixer integrates distributor listings and handles customer acquisition, marketing, and customer service.
In the first ten months of 2026, Autofixer processed more than 840k orders and expects to cross one million by the end of the year. The company has generated approximately €41 million in revenue so far this year, with full-year revenue expected to reach around €52 million. Since July, the company has recorded positive monthly EBITDA.
The €3 million will support Autofixer’s continued expansion in Europe, with Czechia as the next market and sales expected to begin within a month. The company also plans to use the fund to improve its platform technology and grow the team.
“The financing from Orbit Capital gives us the resources for our next stage of growth. We will invest in improving the platform, expanding our team and entering more European markets. As sales grow, we want to make the shopping experience more convenient for drivers too,” Jezierski added.
Autofixer plans to build AI-powered tools that guide drivers through the parts-selection process, as well as a companion app designed to support day-to-day car ownership.
