FLÆ Robotics raises over €1 million in Seed funding to develop its AI hospitality agent
Czech startup FLÆ Robotics has raised over €1 million in Seed funding to accelerate product development, deepen integrations with hotel systems, grow its team, and expand internationally. The funding will support BE-A, the company’s AI hospitality agent.
Investment came from Purple Ventures and Garage Angels.
“Hotel teams handle a large volume of repetitive enquiries and tasks every day across email, phone and other channels. We are developing BE-A to go beyond answering questions and carry out the next step within hotel systems. This gives staff more time for guests and situations that need their experience and judgement.” says Filip Linek, founder and CEO of FLÆ Robotics.
This announcement from FLÆ Robotics, founded by Linek in 2023, comes amid a series of European investments in AI-powered hospitality software this year.
Among the closest examples is Oslo-based Altek AI, which secured €423k to develop autonomous guest communication and deeper integrations with hotel systems. Germany’s happyhotel raised €6.5 million to advance AI agents for hotel revenue management, while Italy’s profitize secured €1.4 million for AI-powered hospitality financial planning.
In the adjacent operational automation segment, Berlin-based Bounti raised €4 million. Together, these four selected rounds represent approximately €12.3 million in disclosed funding, excluding FLÆ Robotics.
“This investment will help us expand BE-A’s capabilities, deepen our integrations and support more hotels in international markets.” adds Jan Davídek, General Partner at Purple Ventures,
“We invested in FLÆ Robotics because BE-A is already solving a very real problem for hotels and proving its value in day-to-day operations. The team combines strong hospitality experience with a clear product vision and international ambition. We believe there is significant potential to scale BE-A across European and global hotel markets.”
FLÆ Robotics says BE-A is already used by more than 60 hotels across the United Kingdom, Germany and the Czech Republic.
The company says the platform handled approximately 265,000 messages and voice interactions across nearly 160,000 conversations in July and August 2026, averaging more than 4,000 interactions per day. During the same period, it completed more than 3,400 hotel bookings without human intervention.
